Asus UX X101, slim and shiny laptop unveiled at Computex 2011

Asus decided to give the MacBook Air a serious run for all its worth and pulled out an ultra-thin 11-inch Asus UX, that besides functioning just fine, looks amazingly sleek too, with a bling-bling aluminum alloy shell polished to shine. With a chassis thickest to 17mm, this one packs and options between an Intel Core i5 and i7 CPU, a 10.1-inch display and runs on Windows 7 or the MeeGo OS by Intel. With an SSD hard drive, the Asus UX X101 comes with a price tag of about $200, that if you ask us, seems a pretty appropriate some for something as sleek, slim and sexy as this one.

Asus also claim that this one happens to be drawn on the lines of luxury time pieces and showed it off at the Computex trade show in Taiwan lately, where it grabbed all the attention and popping eyeballs it needed.
