Asus Eee Pad Transformer the first Honeycomb Tablet to launch this Friday in Taiwan

Asus has taken the crown off from the Motorola Zoom which was touted to be the first Honeycomb tablet. The Taiwanese company plans to launch the Eee Pad Transformer, an Android 3.0 tablet which comes with a 10.1 inch screen, 16 or 32 GB of SSD a USB port and a SD card slot. Asus claims that his baby can last for 16 hours on a single charge. We are impressed and if you want to lay your hands on one, then head over to Taiwan where it be hitting stores on Friday.
