Apple Injunction bans Samsung Galaxy S II and two more devices in Europe
by Gareth MankooApple hasn’t really taken the growing Samsung invasion in Europe, lying down. The Dutch courts have found reason in Apple’s claims and called a primary injunction of three of Samsung’s devices, namely: the Galaxy S II, Galaxy Ace and Galaxy S. There’s an injunction against the Galaxy Tab in Germany as well. Among the nations that are untouched by this fiasco are those where Apple hasn’t made a patent valid by paying for or completing filing. Italy, Spain, Portugal, Belgium and Austria are among the countries where the preliminary injunction will not be enforced.
Samsung has seven weeks to make adjustments and repairs before the preliminary ruling take full effect.
