Apple Watch pulls out of torture test, impressively alive
It may set you back $10,000 but this Apple Watch, complete with its 18-karat gold edition benefits cannot stop the damage that two powerful neodymium magnets can inflict. It is said that the magnets can exert a force of up to 650 pounds on collision, something discouraging enough for any fan. However, the gruesome experiment yielded a surprising result. The gold on the watch managed to stay intact save a few minor scratches while the screen took a severe beating. What really surprised us all was the fact that the device began charging as soon as it was plugged in. This means that it surely had some sign of life left in it.
It goes without saying that this isn’t something to be tried at home. And if you do plan to destroy something as valuable as a $10,000 watch from the house of Apple then you could well ensure you’re safe and be kind enough to share the video with us.
