AMD AppZone Player introduces Android Apps to APU PCs
AMD have a unique proposition to make people opt for their APU-enabled PCs. The chip giants are all set to introduce the AMD AppZone Player to such PCs, thus giving them the capability to run Android applications, effectively. They make use of unique virtualized software to offer native interface experience to users. Additionally, there’s also support for OpenGL drivers that are used as the APUs and GPUs with support for Cloud Connect.
The endeavor has been enabled by AMD’s investment in BlueStacks, in 2011. The application is available for download here.
