50,000 Panasonic LED’s light up Osaka

Osaka celebrated the traditional Japanese festival of Tanabata with a modern twist, instead of writing their wishes on a paper and hanging it to a bamboo tree, they wrapped their Tangzuku or wish paper on a Panasonic LED dome and let it float away from the Okawa Tenma bridge in Osaka. Around 50,000 of these domes lit up the Okawa river.
