2013 Infiniti cars will have their infotainment powered by Intel Atom

Infiniti cars of the near future, the 2013 line to be precise, will come packed with a swank new infotainment system being put together by technological geniuses Intel, in collaboration with Nissan. The 2013 Infiniti lineup by Nissan will sport an in-vehicle computer system boasting an Atom CPU and coming with cloud-based services for smartphone users including video surveillance. Besides vehicle control and monitoring, the new infotainment systems will also sport a twin-display for better navigation control. For finishing touches, future Infiniti cars will enable users to unlock their rides using NFC technology rampant on smartphones today.
