ZMP Nuvo robot is more flexible than Bruce Lee
The ZMP Nuvo robot announced last year is back in the news as the company has now made available its API (Application programming interface). With the API kit experienced programmers can create applications which make full use of the Nuvo's 3 Megapixel camera, acceleration and gyro sensors, microphone, Infrared and WLAN terminals and of course the multiple motor control driver. The ZMP runs on a customized version of Microsoft Windows CE and the API can be used along with Microsoft Robotics Developer Studio 2008. The Nuvo is priced at 588000 Yen ($ 5890) and the Nuvo program source code is available for 257250 Yen ($ 2500).
Programmed using Microsoft Robotics Developer Studio 2008.
