Wowwee is partnering DreamWorks Animation Consumer Products to create the Flytech Barry B. Benson, thus making it the first radio-controlled flying bee in the world! Wow! For those in the dark, Flytech Barry B. Benson is the official flying bee toy, based on the character from Dreamworks Animation's Bee Movie , starring Jerry Seinfeld. The movie is set to hit the screens on 2nd November. The toy offers fans a unique opportunity to fly the bee, and get acquainted with the character before it hits the screen. The bee has a unique flying action plus the dual-wing design allows users to control his speed, direction and height using a digital remote. FlyTech Barry B. Benson flutters, soars, dives and glides, reaching speeds close to 18 miles per hour. He mimics the flapping-wing flight of birds and insects.

FlyTech Barry B. Benson toy will be out this October at Radio Shack and Toys 'R Us stores nationwide. It requires six AA batteries (not included) and comes with a pair of spare wings, spare propeller, detachable antenna, remote controller and tail ribbon. It costs $49.99.
