Pauly Unstoppable from Canada has perfect vision but a not so perfect brain which is why he got the world's first eye tattoo. The freaky procedure involves over Forty insertions of a needle to turn a body-art fan's eye blue. Pauly adds "The procedure was extensively researched and done by people who were aware of the risks and possible complications and that it should not be casually attempted."
