With brightness count of 2,000 lumens and a promise to increase intensity of the same, comes the LED based projector from NEC. Totally awesome in clarity and color detail, the projector may well be the world’s brightest. It makes use of RGB color LEDs as a light source which is further brightened by multiple LED units that are used for each of the three colors. There’s also a wide color gamut that can display 98% of the colors defined in Adobe’s RGB standard.

Now if you’re a sucker for detail and color then the regular projector would be nothing more than a compromise. There are no plans of commercializing this one as yet.
