Will the blind be able to use iPhones too?
Why not? All thanks to this fantastic concept of Braille touch screens. We have seen this been implemented with the Braille phone. Imagine having this in the iPhone to completely bring them in level terms with the rest of us. Even they could use the benefits of the iPhone by simply feeling the responsive screen that would have dots forming on the responsive surface that would form the shapes of Braille characters. The idea of such a screen was thought up by Yosi Bar-Cohen. He believed that Electroactive polymers could be used for the same. Luckily all this ideas came forward into a happy realization of real devices that had these. It is fantastical to know that even the blind can use touch-screen phones, that too of the likes of the iPhone. It’s a matter of time before the blind come in total par with us.
