Apparently Nintendo Wii will be getting a video distribution service. This news comes to us courtesy Nikkei business daily, who say that working along with ad agency Dentsu, Inc., the service will offer original content in the form of cartoons and "other entertainment programs" and is seen as a "new revenue stream" for the company. Early 2009 is when the service will be launching in Japan and the rest of the world will follow suit later on.
