Whitevoid: A 46-foot monitoring screen for Lufthansa flights

Whitevoid.jpg Bringing to life the dreams of so many of us, we have this stunning real-time monitoring system that displays all the Lufthansa flights around. The interface is called Whitevoid, and comprises of a massive, 46-foot wide monitoring screen that’s spread across a 180 degree horizon in a closed room. Users can search particular airlines based on criteria like location and time. The system has audio by Monolake and consists of a series of sound loops that change depending on the distance between the flight and the person in view.

Whitevoid can spin out a whole new realm of ideas for those who want to monitor, more than just flights but cars and trains too.
