Westinghouse 56" Quad HD LCD for $50,000

westinghouse-quad-hdtv_1.jpg Although the 52" Quad HD LCD was available in select numbers (for companies that required for high-resolution graphics), Westinghouse is now outing the 56" D56QX1 LCD Quad Monitor this month for those with $50k in their pockets. The TV when compared to an average 1080p HDTV, has our times the resolution: 3840 x 2160 pixels producing a stunning 8.3 megapixels. It's idea for 3D, medical, geological, military recon applications. It delivers a 1200:1 contrast ratio, 500 nits brightness and a 6.5 ms response time.

Westinghouse's D56QX1 is compatible with a wide variety of dual-link DVI video cards including ATI and Nvidia. The TV will be out this month.
