In an apparent effort to streamline the whole conversation recording scenario in service industries, call centers, homes etc. a company called C-Star Technology has developed a very simple plug and play solution, the USB Recording Box. It’s a very simplistic device that’s nothing more than a small, presumably plastic, box with phone line inputs and a USB connector. It can be hooked up to even your laptop, netbook or home PC and is pretty much a do-it-yourself styled device. Coupled with call management software and such, the system can prove to be quite useful for both business and also in homes. Just to make sure that it didn’t just get passed off as an average, boring, run-of-the-mill telephone connector box, the company has offered the device in a range of colors.
