Twitter Japan will be offering micro payments to users

Twitter_Japan.jpg Users can now really make use of their fame, scandals and gossip with the all new policy by Twitter Japan, that’s always seen as a different in its operability and approach to social networking. The new policy that’s aimed at making people serious Twitter-heads (as if they aren’t already) will help users charge a small fee to other users to make their Tweets visible. There will be certain ‘premium accounts’ setup. These can be accessed by the means of monthly subscriptions or with pre-paid cards. The pre-paid accounts will cost anything between $1.15 and $11.60. Twitter will pocket 30% of the fees.
