Trendnet Fifa Limited Edition TEW-429UB HotSpot Detector

Trednet has redesigned the traditional looking HotSpot detector to one-of-a-kind, black and white soccer ball inspired design to capture the excitement of the Fifa World Cup 2006. Fifa scheduled for June 9 – July 9, 2006 will allow sports fans in Germany and around the world to quickly locate and connect to Wi-Fi hotspots often found in café’s, restaurants, and hotels, so they can view all the latest scores and important action on their laptop. It has an LCD screen that details a connection’s Signal Strength, SSID (Network Name), Encryption type (eg. WEP 64/128 bit, WPA & WPA2), Channel, Source and Battery Life. It supports 64/128-bit WEP & WPA / WPA2 Encryption. It supports Windows 98(SE)+ and has a rechargeable Lithium-ion Battery. Best of all, it has an 802.11g USB 2.0 Adapter to connect to available WiFi 802.11b/g signals as well.
Thanks Jennifer
