From what I can figure out TOSY is a Vietnamese company that makes robotics kind of toys and their RF controlled R-Ball is looks to be hugely popular. Based on this moving ball, they have made the R-Tyre, which is "the first radio controlled tire in the world." It can move forward and backward, left and right, but then don't all tires do that?
