We’ve all know that Toshiba were brimming with some cool upcoming announcements that would surge forth like a wild tide at IFA. So they have their much acclaimed tablet PC out and have now rolled out their 3D Blu-ray player that’s quite remarkable. It is capable of playing-back 3D video via HDMI, 1080/24p playback, USB 2.0, MKV, DivX, HD-JPEG support, connectivity to BD-Live, 1080p upscaling, TrueHD Dolby and DTS-HD Master Audio, AVCHD video and a few more goodies here and there. It’s called the BDX3100KB and does well to extend the Toshiba line of media products that’s swelling amongst the others.
The Toshiba BDX1100KB 3D Blu-ray player is a more scaled down version and will make it to the UK by October 2010. It will incorporate BD-Live, HDMI-CEC, Dolby TrueHD, Bonus View, Deep Color and 1080p/24p playback.
