Softbank Japan has added the Toshiba 814T to its line up. The super slim clamshell is just 12.9mm thick and the panel is made of Titanium. The 814T has a 2.4 inch QVGA display supporting 260k colors, it has relatively large buttons when compared to other phones. The phone packs in a 2 Megapixel camera and a Micro SD card slot. However it lacks many features which you would generally expect from high end phones like GPS, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and so on.

The Toshiba 814T measures 50×101×12.9 and weighs 97 grams. It will be available in Japan by late July in 5 different colors.
