Joining the list of fruity companies like Apple and Orange is Tomato, a little known electronics manufacturer from Korea. Fresh from Tomato is the U7 a super compact PMP with a 1.8 inch CSTN screen supporting 65,000 colors. It will come in three variants offering 512MB / 1GB and 2GB of onboard flash memory. Supported audio formats include MP1, MP2, MP3, WAV, WMA, ASF and OCG. Though small in size it is packed to the teeth features include FM Radio, Line-in recording, Mic, E-Book reader, Photo viewer and Games. Its onboard Lithium Polymer battery is good for 10 hours of non stop music. The U7 connects to the host via USB 2.0 and is compatible with Mac and Windows both.

Available in Korea only the Tomato U7 measures 38 x 64 x 14mm and weighs just 25 grams.
