No that I dispute it's status (I think Wii is at the top), but GigaOm writer Wagner James feels that are three things that needed to be added to the console to make it the Supreme Being in video games consoles.

1) A better Web Browser because the current one is very basic and functional. A Yahoo-style web portal for watching Quicktime movies, editing Google Docs, and playing casual Flash games should replace the Opera browser.

2) An iTunes-like interface for purchasing content with Wii Points.

3) A platform that allows us to do social networking.

I don't know if these additions will make the difference or not, but they will definitely fill in the void.
