"This is the biggest and most adhesive honor 'The Simpsons' has ever received," said Matt Groening, the creator of the cult television show. The US Postal Service actually approved five Simpsons stamps with each family member’s featured in each of the stamps. So it doesn’t matter if you like Homer, Marge, Maggie, Bart or Lisa, you have a stamp bearing each of them. I wonder whether this implies that the Simpsons represent a perfectly dysfunctional American family. Well, atleast it’s something that would get your grandkids all excited on receiving your mail (for the simple reason that you still detest the concept of electronic mail).

The Simpsons stamps can be pre-ordered at USPS.com. I’d like to have a Barney and Mr. Burns stamp as well. And hey, the Flanders stamp would be great to attach to the letters that I send to my pastor.
