The Samsung T919 Behold and Gravity to make touch screens affordable
The Samsung T919 Behold has officially come to T-Mobile and offers a full touch-screen mobile handset that is not Android, and takes advantage of the AWS 3G networks. The Samsung T919 Behold features the TouchWiz interface, a 5-megapixel camera with video capabilities, along with a full HTML browser with haptic feedback. Other than housing a five-megapixel camera, the Samsung T919 should comprise of some great high-end functions which include a 3G access over T-Mobile's native 1,700MHz band with voice command, Bluetooth and GPS - although it appears to be lacking Wi-Fi. For added storage, a microSDHC storage slot will be able to support up to 16GB capacity cards. Following after the Samsung Behold is the Samsung Gravity, a candy-bar design mobile handset with a concealed side-slide full keyboard for the mobile texters. The touch screen interface is rumored to come packed with an integrated MyFaves in to the front-end menu along with gallery-style photo browsing. If true, this will be one seriously affordable touch screen phone.
The Samsung Behold is expected to command a price tag of $149.99 on agreement and due out on 10th of November, along with the Gravity, which will hit on November 17th with a price tag of $49.99 with 2-year agreement and two color options of lime and aqua.
