Thanko's wireless double faced mouse looks like a normal wireless mouse. It has a 800 dpi optical sensor, but when it is turned upside down it can be controlled by moving the thumb over the optical sensor. It has a range of 7 - 8 meters, it connects to the PC via USB the mouse battery charges when placed in the cradle. It measures 64 x 122 x 39mm and weighs around 100 grams. It is available for 3920 Yen $ 35. The mouse is PC and MAC compatible.
