German company Technaxx has announced the Technaxx TouchMe player. The player sports a2.8-inch screen (240 x 320 pixel) featuring touch screen capabilities. The UI can be compared to that of iPhone/iPod and Meizu M8. The device weighs only 37g, and relies solely on its SD-card slot as a storage medium. Although the device supports several audio types (MP3, WMA, WAV, MP1 and MP2), video support is limited to only MP4 file types. TouchMe can display your favorite images or keeps you entertained with its in-built games. JPG, BMP, and eBook is also supported.

Technaxx TouchMe player is comes in a choice of seven different colors (orange, blue, light-green, black, pink, red, and silver) and comes bundled with earphones, a power supply, software, and user manual. No word on pricing and availability.
