Tanita Sleep scan lets you measure the quality of your sleep

Tanita-Sleep-scan.jpg Japanese health monitor manufacturer Tanita has given us something that was pretty much needed by the stressed world. Called the ‘Sleep Scan’, this sensor mat has to be placed beneath your pillow as you drop off to sleep. It tracks the motion of your body, your breathing and your heart rate and come up with what is called a sleep score. The data is stored on a secure SDHC card. The mat fits quite well under your pillow, with a 1 x 3 x 1 foot body and a three pound unit weight.

Sleep Scan will sell in Japan for $395. If you’re wondering about memory space then calm down. A 2 GB card can easily hold about 500 sleep cycles.
