Tamaggo Imager takes 360 Degree Photos with just one click
Our ubiquitous smartphones can do a plethora of things for us. However when it comes to 360 degree panoramic photography, I am not sure how many handsets at present do a good job. That’s where Tamaggo’s “imager” steps in. Though this wasn’t exactly a crucial need of the hours, the newly unveiled device reduces the task of creating 360 degree panoramic into a easy, one-button process. The makers are pitching this one as an alternative to those panoramic lens accessories which adds extra pounds to your handset.
The devices packs in a 14MP sensor, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and a USB port for offloading shots with a LCD touchscreen for adjusting settings and previewing photos. The makers didn’t reveal a functional prototype at CES but they did show a flip-down tripod automatically starts a 10 second timer so you can get in or out of frame if you want. No info on availability or price as yet, but Tamaggo estimates this one to arrive on shelves in Q2 this year for a price tag under $200.
