The only airline to be based in the Silicon Valley, Virgin America paid tribute to the late visionary Steve Jobs, inscribing his phrase in bold on an Airbus A320. The “Stay Hungry, Stay Foolish” quote, is stenciled neatly near the nose of the aircraft. And that’s not the route Virgin America has taken to dabble with the world of technology. The airline is now offering touch-screen entertainment and power outlets at every seat along with on-flight Wi-Fi connectivity, in an effort to drench its fleet in technology to better serve and entertain passengers as they fly.
