    i think i'm gonna have to win another one... let's dig a little deeper, folks. ea games has been making our favorite games since the 80's! here's my top 3 gems:

    1. skate or die! - 1987 (forget thps, this is the original)

    2. need for speed - 1994 (on trip hawkins' 3DO system nonetheless!)

    3. john madden football - 1990 (the game that started it all. what would august be without a madden release?)

    there's so many others that belong on this list (burnout, crysis, moh, the sims), it's hard to choose three.
