"Space Efficient Vehicle" Showcase at 2008 Michelin Challenge Design

space_efficient_vehicle_1.jpg Ralph Panhuyzen (project lead and inventor) and Steven van der Veen (visualization) from Netherlands have designed the Space Efficient Vehicle. Keeping clear concepts in mind while designing the car, the duo have taken the following into consideration: (1) To ensure that drivers will feel good, safe and special (2) That politicians will have something positive to identify with (3) That it will fit 'the car industry's mould' With these three guidelines in place, the Space Efficient Vehicle (SEV) targets the singles, couples and one-child families that believe in having an efficient car that is slim enough to park in tight spaces and sleek enough to maneuver in thick traffic.

Thanks Derth,

The Space Efficient Vehicle seems to be a dream come true for those who want fuel efficiency, good looks and easy-to-park cars. Take a look at the entire portfolio here.
