Soundbombs - Amazingly acoustic
Eloquence has been redefined. Soundbombs are here to bomb your ears away and I don’t mean that literally. Soundbombs are new-media-accessories. Each one is a low-tech object for interactive transmission. An integrated soundmodul makes it possible to record any given sound and then activate it through a motion detector. As a non-visual graffiti, with its origin in street art, it gives the possibility to tag a place in an acoustic form: a welcoming greeting at the entrance or a warning of a bad restaurant. Each owner can leave a personal message anywhere and at any time. They can whistle, laugh, belch or recite a poem. Suggested uses for the soundbomb include a welcoming greeting at the entrance of a store or a warning of poor service or bad food outside of a restaurant. The best part about this is their availability.
Since it is really an art project the designers have decided to make the devices very exclusive and can only be obtained after being approved by them.
