Sony’s E-reader out with two new, improved models
Sony surely couldn’t take being left behind sportingly for long. With Amazon’s runaway success the company decided to put on its best act and release two new models, the PRS-350 and the PRS-650. Both of these will incorporate e-ink technology and a touchscreen display. The PRS-350 will have a 5 inch display screen while the PRS-650 will have a 6 inch screen. While the former may no have anything wireless, the former will get 3G, or so say the rumors. That’s all that Sony needed to show that they’re still in the scene. Whether these readers will work or not remains to be seen but what we can gather is that it’s not going to be a walk in the park to make it bigger than the Kindle.
