The NWZ-X1000 Walkman from Sony brings home an OLED, touchscreen, WiFi device that features built-in noise cancellation as well. Memory on the device comes in at 16GB and 32GB. Specs include digital noise canceling that allows the accompanying 13.5mm EX headphone to block out ambient noise. The success of this X-series piece depends a lot on it pricing, which hasn't been announced as yet. If it sticks to the less than $400 range, it may tide through.
