Sony Japan has announced 5 new additions to its Vaio L series of desktop computers. The new models comes with a range of displays including a 22 inch (1,680×1,050), 19 inch (1440 x 900) and a 15.4 inch (1280 x 800). Processor options include Core 2 Duo T7500 2.2 Ghz, Core 2 Duo T7250 2Ghz and Celeron 540 at 1.86 Ghz. Common features include Felica, Remote control, Wireless keyboard / mouse and a Digital TV tuner. Only the high end model VGC-LT81DB has a Blu-Ray drive as the others sport a DVD burner. The new models go on sale in Japan from January 19 with prices starting at 189,800 Yen ($ 1740) and going all the way to 329,800 Yen ($ 3021).
