After the ceramic white the PS3 adds a new color to its portfolio 'Satin Silver'. The new color offers a metallic and classy look to the 40GB PS3. The basic specifications of the CECHH00 (its technical name) remain the same it can obviously play PS3 games as well as Blu-Ray and DVD video discs, it has HDMI output with support for 1080p upscaling, Wi-Fi, USB ports, Bluetooth 2.0 and the infamous PS2 backward incompatibility. The Satin Silver PS3 (CECHH00) and DualShock 3 controller (CECHZC2JSS) will go on sale in Japan from March 6 for 39,980 Yen ($ 375) and 5500 Yen ($ 51) respectively.
