The NV-U3V from Sony Japan is a GPS which comes with 4GB of flash memory and a One-Seg tuner for watching Digital TV. The PND has a high-res 4.8 inch touchscreen supporting a resolution of 480 x 272 pixels which makes watching TV fun. The onboard Memory Stick slot can accept sticks upto 16GB which makes the total available memory to a whopping 22GB. It can play majority of media files and you can even record or program the unit to record your favorite TV programs. Its a PND and not a GPS so the unit comes preloaded with around 200 million points of interest along with telephone numbers so you will find directions to the unlikeliest of places in the whole of Japan. The Sony NV-U3V Personal Navigation Device is a Japan only product and will hit the land of rising sun on October 23 retailing for 55,000 Yen ($ 550).
