Sony NAS-M700HD - Audio system with 160GB hard drive

sony_nas.jpg Hard drive based music systems are big in Japan and to maintain its edge Sony has upgraded its flagship model NAS-M700HD from 80GB to 160GB. and introduced two new models the NAS-M500HD and CMT-E300HD (pictured after the jump). The new series includes support for LISMO a service which allows music uploading to a cellphone. The NAS-M700HD comes with a MD deck and S-master digital amplifier a feature which is absent in the other two. Apart from this common features include DLNA 1.0 compatibility, 2 x USB ports, Ethernet jack, 4.3 inch color display, MP3, WMA, WAV and Atrac playback. All the three deliver an output of 20 W × 2ch. The units go on sale in Japan from October 13 with the NAS-M700HD selling for 85,000 Yen ($ 850), NAS-M500HD for 65,000 Yen ($ 650) and CMT-E300HD for 45,000 Yen ($ 450).
