A cell phone is not just a communication device anymore. Makers are integrating features like music player, movie player, radio, 3D gaming, video camera and lots more. Sony Ericsson has stepped ahead to add on one more feature, a pedometer, for the health conscious folks in America. W580 is a slim slider music phone that delivers the full Walkman phone experience along with gaming, imaging and fitness applications. While listening to your favorite music, you can also track your steps, your calories and monitor your running speed/distance/time. Available in white or gray, it will include a 512MB Memory Stick Micro with further expandability options. Being just 14mm thin itself, this cell phone also offers the Disc2Phone software that can rip CDs and transfer the files to the phone. Along with a 2.0 megapixel camera and a 2 inch color screen this slider hides a lot of power.
