The Sony Ericsson W51S looks different from most of the flashy and steely ones around. It comes all dressed in black with a matte touch and a grater like appearance. The presence of three LEDs on the outside makes this clamshell attractive. Each of these LEDs has a purpose, just like we had seen in case of the Z310. They indicate a New Message and incoming calls and voicemails. It has a 2.0 MP camera at its back for great quality images. The 2.7inch display on the inside is huge enough to make browsing and media viewing a delightful experience. It has internet access and capabilities of remote memory erase in case of theft. The W51S also supports scalability of the already huge 120MB of memory. However, this one lacks a major attribute, Bluetooth.

A lot more for us to hear about this phone is yet to hit our ears. But for now these specs give us an overview. I’d really like to pick this one when I head to Japan.
