Sony Ericsson G705 slider sports GPS Wi-Fi & YouTube upload ability

se-g705g705_closed_silky_gold-9sep08.jpg With just days from the official announcement of the three latest Walkmans, Sony Ericsson is making headlines again - this time with a relatively slim slider, called the Sony Ericsson G705. It's not an official announcement though, but those images look real enough. The new Sony Ericsson G705, which is said to be announced within two weeks (another Sony Ericsson announcement so soon?), is a slider, which features a 3 megapixel camera and a built-in GPS receiver. Sony Ericsson G705 sports Wi-Fi as well, much like the Sony Ericsson C905. However, the 3-megapixel camera does not feature auto focus and it has a LED flash only. The camera will support geo-tagging thanks to the built-in GPS receiver along with the ability to capture video and then upload directly to YouTube under a new partnership with Google.

The Sony Ericsson G705 also has 128MB of internal memory and a M2 memory card slot to expand it further. No word on the price or availability yet.
