Sony Ericsson announces new Bravia branded phone S004 with Wi-Fi microSD card

Sonyericsson_S004_1.jpg Under Sony’s Bravia brand comes a new flip phone headed for the Japanese market, which is a CDMA device called the BRAVIA Phone S004 that’s been manufactured by Sony Ericsson. It’ll feature a 1GHz Snapdragon CPU making it a speedy handset. What’s really cool about this handset is the fact that you can use it like any other clamshell handset or the 3.2-inch screen can be rotated to the side so it opens up in landscape style. It also has a 0.9-inch organic EL display on the outside that will display incoming caller’s details etc. The idea behind this handset is to enable fluid video up to 60fps even with digital 1Seg TV programs. It supports Wi-Fi but doesn’t come with that feature built-in. Sony Ericsson has included a Wi-Fi enabled memory card. It’s available for 50,000 Yen which is about $ 539(USD) in two colors - platinum white and star dust pink. Sonyericsson_S004_2.jpg Sonyericsson_S004_3.jpg Sonyericsson_S004_4.jpg
