Sony Cyber-shot DSC-WX50 camera announced for $200

The Sony Cyber-shot DSC-WX50 is among the newest additions to the Cyber-shot family and can be called as the close cousin of the Sony WX70 model. However DSC-WX50 comes under the affordable category owing to presence of a 2.7″ LCD display as against the 3” display used in DSC-WX50. Specs include Sony’s 16 Megapixel CMOS sensor, and a 25mm lens with a 5X optical zoom. The camera also boasts of “Clear Image Zoom,” a new digital zoom technology that produces sharper images as against the conventional digital zoom.
