Sony Cyber-shot DSC-TX200V ultraslim waterproof camera unveiled

The Sony Cyber-shot family is growing with the Japanese giant unveiling three new additions including the new Cyber-shot DSC-TX200V. Sporting a beautiful reinforced glass design, its attire is tailored to match the cadre of your sleek gadgets. The flagship point and shoot model packs might performance features in its slim body like the enhanced 18.2 MP “Exmor R” CMOS sensor and a new BIONZ processor that deliver “Extra High Sensitivity” technology for enhanced low-light shooting capabilities.

Besides this, it also boasts of Optical SteadyShot Active Mode which bestows the camera with better image stabilization and a super fast auto focus with a speed of approximately 0.13 seconds in daytime and 0.25 seconds in low-light situations, as suggested by Sony. The reinforced glass here makes this a tough baby for it is waterproof up to (5m, 16 feet), dustproof and freeze-proof (up to 14oF). It will shit shelves in March in color options of silver, red and violet for about $500.
