Sony B100 series will be free of SonicStage hell

Major developments are happening on the Sony front, and boy do they include some juicy news! First of all the B100 series will be Sony's first drag-and-drop MP3 player supporting MP3s, non-DRM'd WMAs, and even AAC formats. The SonicStage software will be given a miss and so will be the ATRAC format. 1,2 and 4GB players will be brought out in three colors with OLED color display. Voice recording feature is included in all the versions, and there will be FM-radio variants as well. It will be able to record FM audio directly on to the player.
Rumors suggest that the pricing is expected to be somewhat similar to the present offerings. Sony's B100 series will be out sometime next month.
