Sony Japan has announced DR-BT101 and DR-BT100CXP Bluetooth headphones and ear canal earphones respectively. Common features between them include correspondence to Bluetooth 2.1+EDR, A2DP and HFP/HSP protocol for use with mobile phones. They include a mic as well as basic controls for receiving / canceling phone call, noise and echo cancellation. The DR-BT101 headphones includes basic controls for the music player as well. It charges via USB and supports SCMS-T audio protection protocol.Scheduled to hit stores in Japan by February 20 the headphones will come in two colors black and white whereas the earphones will be available in four colors including blue and pink both will sell for 7000 Yen ($ 78).
