Firstly they did apply a generous amount of white paint to the IM-U510S phone but also added a secondary camera which they have termed as 'self camera' for video conferencing and checking out how the new shade of lipstick looks. Also embedded is CIA level security where the phone is unlocked after facial recognition by the rear camera. Other features include GPS and English dictionary.
