SK Telecom decodes your dog

If the bow-wows, meows and moos of your pets is what you keep on hearing all the time then don’t worry if you hear them talking too. No they are not possessed or anything to behave like that but yes you can hear them talking if you are in possession of the pet translator. SK Telecom Korea introduced its new 'premium pet translating service' at Smart Home Network Show 2006, which helps to communicate between a pet and the owner with a recorded voice of the pet. If you feed an age, sex, and kind of your pet into your mobile phone and make a call to pet translating service center to record the voice of your pet for about 10 seconds, the translating service provides you with information about the current physical state of the pet.

Now what good is a conversation without reciprocation? Your dog is often befuddled by you calling him names that he has the least clue about. It would be a sheer treat for your pet if you could speak its language. This is very feasible with the interpreter. If you write down some sentences that you'd like to talk to your pet, the service center also translate them into voice of a certain kind of a dog among 55 breeds so that your pet can understand your affection toward him. I wonder if this contraption was inspired by Dr. Dolittle ?
