Sirius Backseat TV makes it to the Top 10 Best Car Features

Backseat_TV.jpg Long journeys can be pretty boring; I mean how much of the landscape can you keep on taking in? After a while you really need some kind of entertainment, like you get in long-haul flights. The last straw is when you are traveling with kids in the back seat. The perennial, "When will we get there?" is enough to drive you crazy. Thankfully there are many entertainment options available for cars as well, and Sirius Backseat TV was selected (amongst handful pretty incredible technical innovations) as one of Cars.com's Top 10 Best Car Features introduced in 2007.

Sirius Backseat TV scored the brownie points with parents; "Any parent can tell you that one of the big drags about taking kids on long trips is all the stuff you've got to carry with you. Chrysler's new Sirius Satellite TV makes this a bit easier by removing your DVD collection from the list." Sirius Backseat TV joins other auto innovations like Infiniti's Lane Departure Prevention system, Volvo's Integrated Booster Seats, and Ford SYNC.
